Gary Megson has confirmed several of his Bolton players have contracted Swine Flu, the minor outbreak occurring in the Bolton camp before their most recent EPL match against Chelsea. Megson also expressed some concern that the virus may have been passed on to Chelsea players, but does not believe it will become a serious problem. He also stressed that he is following the advice of Bolton’s medical staff and feels it would be extremely difficult for the players to have passed on the virus to each other in their regular footballing contact.
He has refused to give names of those affected.
